It's wellness wednesday. Overeating can be a huge inhibitor for someone trying to lose weight or reshape their body. These are some important factors to look out for! Personally, being too restrictive has been the most dangerous in my experience. You manage to keep it up for about two weeks and then you break and binge for a few days and just feel terrible after. Moderate comfortably.
