#gofurtherwithfood by getting creative and having your own version of "Chopped" with leftovers. I stuffed a bell pepper with a grain salad, hominy, mushrooms, and lentils I had cooked before that were taking up space in the fridge. Paired with a quick barbecue sauce made with the last bit of a can of tomato sauce, liquid smoke, and maple syrup it was a hearty meal packed with vegetables and protein.
