Cinnamon Roll Caramelized Apple Bake!
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Cut 2 tubes of refrigerated cinnamon rolls into cubes. Set icing aside.
3. Combine 4 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 1tbsp cinnamon, and 1tsp vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
4. Chop 2 green apples into cubes and cook over medium high heat with 2 tbsp butter and 1 cup brown sugar for 10 minutes.
5. In a baking dish, layer chopped cinnamon rolls, pour milk mixture over cinnamon rolls, then add caramelized apples, and finally drizzle icing on top of apples.
6. Bake for 25 minutes.
