@minna.wood Hi, Minna. For the crust i take 2 cups of almond meal, 1/2 cup tapioca flour, 85 gr cold butter, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon salt and some dry herbs to taste. Blend it all in a food processor adding a splash of could water if needed. I put the dough into the fridge, while I'm making the filling and cooling it down. Makes it easier to work with. I roll it out between 2 sheets of parchment paper. That's it, works every time 😊
