Week 2 Day 3: Squats
Today I had 4 sets of 5 Squats, this being the top set of 5 @110kg. Coming into this session I had really good sleep etc, but somehow everything just felt heavy, possibly some accumulation of fatigue is starting to kick in. Regardless, the weights moved well, I called this a 7.5, probably could have passed as a 7 if I didn't miss groove last rep. I'll upload the other bits and bobs from this session later on.
