With vacation being over, it's time to get back to the usual low carb, mostly gluten-free, way of eating.
Yesterday's dinner was a savoury galette with creamy filling (turkey, mushrooms, onions and leeks + ricotta & parmesan) served with a simple green salad.
I ran out of tapioca flour, which I normally mix into the almond flour for texture. But corn starch and rice flour (in equal parts) worked just fine.
