Waist -2cm, waist at belly button -2.7cm, Thigh -0.5cm, Calf -0.7cm and Arm -2.5cm. Great results. Graph shows my body mass definitely fluctuates but overall trend is down. Best thing is I FEEL GREAT! Smashed out my WOD class today and felt awesome after. Had a bio-impedance scan at Vibratrain Hamilton yesterday and body fat % at 27.1% (up since Sept last year as lost some muscle through running training I suspect). Mount Runners Half Marathon next weekend and feeling confident . Can't wait to help others reach their wellness goals and feel amazing through fitness, nutrition and support!
