Hello hypertrophy 💪🏻 Biceps & Triceps today. Completely forgot about my delts though! 🙈 How did I manage that?! Durgh. I did do a quick 12 minutes of interval training after weights though, so at least that’s something.

@skyholder23 giant sets are a fab way of doing weights. It’s a set of 4 different exercises for the same muscle group. Then you’d do say 3-4 sets of these giant sets depending on whether you’re doing strength, hypertrophy or endurance training. Hope that makes sense? It does take a while which is why lots of people (myself included) will do a ‘split programme’ over the week. 😁
