have you ever been tired of sarcasm, "yeah you are sick, but still can exercise!" oh people ... do you know what is the most difficult being an odapus? now you can just see me healthy, but 5min then I could not walk because of the pain of the joints. or it could be otherwise. right now my head hurts like I'm going to break, then it just disappears when I get enough rest.

so ... when I have a lot of energy, when I feel healthy, and when all my personal affairs are settled, why am I not entitled to go to the gym to make me happy? everyone has the right to vote, I choose to exercise rather than go out for no purpose and benefit. I hope u all hv a great day๐Ÿ˜˜

Sebisa mungkin hindari stress, istirahat yg cukup, jalani hidup sehat, makan minum sehat, tidur cukup, olahraga biar sendi ga kaku (pemilihan tipe olahraga ini seriously optional tergantung semampunya tubuh kamu yah). Kayanya klise, but its work๐Ÿ˜‰ semangat๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜
