When your entire body still hurts from single-leg squats and you don’t want to go to the gym (what? no that’s not me right now), motivate yourself with these homemade chocolate fudge brownie protein bars! These bars are vegan, full of healthy fats, natural sugars, rich cocoa, and have the consistency of fudge. I didn’t measure anything, but here’s a rough estimate of what to throw into the food processor for 8 bars: 8 medjool dates blended into a paste, 1/3 cup walnuts, 1/3 cup almond butter, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 2 scoops unsweetened protein powder, and 1/3 cup almond milk. Store in the fridge or freezer 😋
