What I eat in a day 😋. I don’t know about you but ever since I started intermittent fasting I have been loving eating dinner for breakfast and breakfast for dinner. -

I have been doing IF for one month now. I fast for 15 hours and eat for 9 hours. It’s become second nature and I love not having to prep breakfast the night before like I used too. -

I have learned to train fasted which I never thought would be possible. But your body does learn to adapt and it’s now no longer an issue. -

I like not eating until later as it allows me to be more productive in the mornings. -

🔹”BREAKFAST”: I had 3 turkey sausages with zoodles, tomato and herb sauce with spinach and cherry tomatoes. 🔹LUNCH: I had a prawn Marie rose salad with sautéed asparagus and green beans. 🔸DINNER: is when I like to have “breakfast” food. This time I had a smoothie bowl made with blueberries, frozen mixed berry blend, @alpro coconut milk and soy protein powder. For toppings I used chopped Brazil nuts, flaked almonds, chia seeds and @apesnacks salted chocolate crispy coconut curls. 🔹SNACKS: the rest of the crispy coconut curls, @yushoisnacks soy and balsamic vinegar snap peas. Not pictured 2 of the salted caramel rolos and 2 chocolate peanut pretzel bites. Both of these I have been recipe testing for my blog. You can see a picture of them on my feed 😋. -
