National Geographic Your Shot

Top Shot: A Bouquet in the Air | Photograph by Fumiya Hirano (@fumiya0408)
#YourShotPhotographer Fumiya Hirano captured this spectacle of fireworks in the summer of 2017. Your Shot Producer David Y. Lee (@davidylee) writes “Wow. I love how wide you made this frame, visually revealing the size of the fireworks show in comparison to the city below. I love how there is a faint red glow behind the skyline on the left. I can only imagine how exciting this must have been to witness in real life. What a show!” This image was selected for the Daily Dozen on August 16, 2018.

Top Shot features the photo with the most votes from the previous day’s Daily Dozen, 12 photos chosen by the Your Shot editors from thousands of recent uploads. I don't know if this is the right way to ask for help but we don't have any other way . Our place KERALA is facing a natural disaster . Pls help us . Pls go through the news and understand our situation which we are facing and support us.its the worst case of flooding in 50 years. Most of the areas are flooded like anything . It's been raining heavily for the past two weeks. Most of the places are isolated . many people lost their lives and many are waiting to be rescued from the flooded region. Our central government and state government are working hand in hand to help those people. One word which come from you supporting the state will automatically encourage lots and lots of people to encourage and support us . I hope If you could may be post something about this as the national media is not giving enough coverage of this issue. Pls help us #standwithkerala
