I have been using my hip and knee pain as an excuse to skip workouts and slack off with my nutrition. I finally started googling my symptoms (nurse friends don’t get mad, I’m not a huge fan of doctors) and I am self diagnosing myself with osteoarthritis in the hips and knees. I just turned 28 that is far too young to have these issues. .

The first relief listed on every website..... loose weight and the second....exercise in the morning to get your joints loose. .

I fear doctors because in every appointment since as far back as I can remember, the doctor says well if you lost some weight blah blah blah..... but no doctor ever ask if I was trying to loose weight, maybe recommend me to a nutritionist or give some healthy tips themselves. I have been dieting my whole life and knowing I need to loose weight buts it’s the how to do it that has mastered my life. But now I know how I just need to do the damn thing and make it part of my daily routine. .
So here is to 5am wake up to sweat it out and stretch to recover my body. .
