Photo by George Steinmetz @geosteinmetz | Pyramid of Khafre, 2,500 B.C., as seen last week from my motorized paraglider over Giza. I couldn’t stop imagining of the sight of it being built, with the mass of humanity toiling to satisfy one man’s quest for eternity.

That's probably why they mapped the solar system of the walls!

IT WAS A GIANT TELESCOPE CONSTRUCTED BY PHARAOH TO LOOK FOR ALLAH IN THE QURAN SAYS
40:36And Pharaoh said, "O Haman, construct for me a tower that I might reach the ways -
40:37The ways into the heavens - so that I may look at the deity of Moses; but indeed, I think he is a liar." And thus was made attractive to Pharaoh the evil of his deed, and he was averted from the [right] way. And the plan of Pharaoh was not except in ruin. thus was made attractive to Pharaoh the evil of his deed, and he was averted from the [right] way. And the plan of Pharaoh was not except in ruin.

@james_vanas_156

They actually solved how the pyramids were built(not by freaking aliens) The ancient Egyptians who built the pyramids may have been able to move massive stone blocks across the desert by wetting the sand in front of a contraption built to pull the heavy objects, according to a new study.

....just like the sphinx (lion) body appears to be far older than it's dynastic head.

@smybld

@ibuover9000 i say we know that some construction was done during K's reign. However, the oldest part of the structure is subterranean. I'm inclined to believe that the actual pyramid structure was added on much later.
