This past month I have been so focused on myself not just physical but mentally. Tweaked lot in my workouts added running 3/4x week still lifting 5x week legs 2x week. But best part is tweaking my nutrition carb cycling, and protein portion very small.. But these past two days totally tweaked my nutrition to see if my nausea and migraines and be bloating will stop๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ Yes it did I am feeling so good you have no idea. Itโ€™s not easy feeling like crap all the time put pushing everyday..
