.....the last few months have been the biggest learning curve!! Emotionally, mentally, physically! And I know there’s a tonne more to come my way in the next few weeks!!.. I was scared to fuel my body with large quantities of food!! I was self conscious and intimidated by what people think and say!!! But as the scales drop, the clothes become looser and you make some serious gains in muscle mass, strength and general health .. I just can’t put a price on how happy I have become in life and training!! ...oh and the shred hasn’t even begun!! Get a lot of people asking me what the plan is now I’ve finished Comp. Honestly I don’t have one for my body at the moment other then staying in shape. I didn’t enjoy nutrition plans after 30+ weeks of dieting so lately purely because I love experimenting first hand with different approaches, I have been doing some modified intermittent fasting (17/7), not because it’s the best approach, not because i think you should do it, not because there’s new science behind it, but simply because its keeping me strict on my eating and helping me feel great (lost a few kg) and digestion’s been amazing. As long as you get your daily cals in during the feeding window I don’t mind it. I will be monitoring my body composition for further analysis.. Let the experiment continue..
