HIP THRUSTS 6×3 (this clip shows 1 set of 7 reps). I added another one in for extra GAINZ. I've been trying to hit the gym with the available time that I have. Being consistent isn't easy, but it will be as long as the motivation is there. My "why" is to not only look stronger or healthier. It's because I like a challenge, and I know this will benefit me in the long run. Let's get that muscle! Especially the haha
To have my identity and childhood pictures taken away from me was one of the most heartbreaking things I've ever had to deal with. Couldn't attend workout class today, so I did 10 x 1 of 45 lbs on the Goblet Squat today as a starter. My new PR is 48 lbs, and I'm excited to reach at least 52 lbs on the goblet squat by next week! The gainz have been INTENSE. Let’s get that

It's one of these moments where I'm comfortable in the moment. Not because I'm in showy sleepwear or because my makeup is done. I honestly don't need any of that to feel good about myself. At this point, I'm just feeling really confident right now. I've always hated myself for the longest time. But this is different. What you see above isn't my "usual" self, but hey it's still me. I could care less about what you think. I'm gonna love myself a little more.
