Vegetarian crispy spaghetti
Check the recipe below and definitely try this at home!
1 cup chopped #Celery
1 cup chopped #Carrot
1/2 cup chopped onion
one clove garlic
2 cups of mushroom
1 can of tomato+Basil ready made sauce
1/2 cup #redwine (this is the KEY ingredient)
fry the onion and garlic with a little bit of olive oil (I use #AvocadoOil) until golden.
add celery and carrot and cook them until it is semi soft.
pour in your wine. let the alcohol evaporate then add mushroom,. cook the mushrooms. add your sauce. (do not add salt and pepper for now) let the sauce cook for half an hour. add salt and pepper.
Half cook your Spaghetti. in a pot add some oil and like lasagne add your pasta and sauce layer by layer. Cook for 45 mins under very low heat on the stove.
