Morning espresso. This is a tiny cup, with a tiny amount of coffee inside. What is there though, is gold Best espressos I’ve ever had are all in Italy. Here, they’re richer and prepared in a particular way.
I kind of love that where Italy has such good food and coffee, you can tell that the standard is so high that bad stuff just won’t be accepted by the locals [enter stage right: Italian attitude].
Eventually you end up with a simple espresso first thing in the morning better than anything back home, and for only a € or two.
