The warmest shari of the day(40°C) came with toro(21°C, no aging). According to Namba-san, he took customer's opinions into account. He used to raise the temperature of toro to match the rice. The cool neta did give out very pleasant texture.

If there’s a dish in Kondo Sushi that really stole the show, it’s got to be this! Pretty unfortunate that pictures don’t do justice for the flavour that this soup produced. I highly recommend you order this either just before you start your sushi to whet your appetite or after your sushi for a satisfying end to the meal
