I made oats porridge with flaxseed, pumpkin seeds and raisins and a few corn muffins with honey drizzled on top for breakfast. Wholesome and surprisingly very filling. If you need recipes for both just let me know. It's quick and easy.
I need some sugar today.
It was a crazy day! My daughter has high fever for a week, worried about her a lot.. and needed to go to my baby doctor appointment plus driving for hours which was unusual for me.
Exhausted.. so I think it’s acceptable to eat some sugar only today!
