Danzi or Dan-a noodle to the Taiwanese. ..is what Phở to the Vietnamese 😙😙😙!!! We eat them for breaky, lunch and tea. Originated from the city of Tainan, generally comprised of very tasty pork broth, pork mince sauce ( #肉燥 feeling fancy last night, I cook my with large chunks of fried pork bellies 😙 ), yellow oil noodle, topped with either an soy broth egg or pork balls and a couple of prawns. Every city / stall has their own flavour /version of this delightful bowl of goodness.
