快靚正30分鐘食得f🙌🏼
平常食得太多沙拉🥗(未能盡錄)所以某天晚上我就用了方便的材料很快就煮好晚餐✌🏼
其實我越來越少食素肉了,那天在冰箱裡找到兩片,不浪費食物才把它吃掉...
有部份大眾化的平價的素肉,充滿著添加防腐劑、味精、色素、是高鈉食品。不建議常食用!
很多朋友也猜得到黃色的粉粉是什麼東東🤔
我相機📷食先時原本未加的;食前才記得可以加點;點知開了寬的一個口...倒得太多太快了⋯⋯😊便記錄一下好笑的笑話🤣😂😆
開估啦!係添加了維他命B雜、葉酸的營養酵母!1湯匙含全日所需的B12約40%。
這是我除了每日食綜合營養補充品、全谷物早餐以外,時不時會加入食物/飲品中的☺️
晚餐材料:一細盒意大利蕃茄粒連汁、菠菜意粉、抱子甘藍半包、自選蛋白質食物(素肉、豆腐、豆豆)
作法:抱子甘藍用一細碗水煮至淋身(上碟);蕃茄連汁、意粉、蛋白質加適量水,煮15分鐘即可
加任何調味例如芝麻粉、紫菜碎、鹽...

西多士-早餐
某天我看到一個茶餐廳常客,吃完早餐套餐再加點一份西多士和冷飲。鄰座亦有遊客點了香港獨有的西多士做早餐。

一件(110 克重)的牛油西多士約290千卡。又大塊又厚的牛油或人造牛油(一湯匙)約含100千卡。糖漿一湯匙提供60千卡。如果裡面塗了花生醬兩茶匙等於額外加93千卡。
一份西多可以提供高達543千卡,一件平均含脂肪27克即多於五茶匙油,相等於9.5湯匙忌廉的熱量!

減脂減糖減熱量提示:
如果落單的時候吩咐走牛油,可以減少攝取熱量約100千卡,嘗試用少於一個湯匙的糖漿。另外,高温油炸食品要避免經常進食。

高脂高糖飲食會令血液中的壞膽固醇、血脂等升高,做運動也不能把它帶走。壞膽固醇和反式脂肪會令血管硬化,阻塞血管,增加患上心臟病和中風的機會。我們外出飲食應該選擇低脂烹調方法,如蒸、煮、烚、少油快炒等,減少脂肪攝取。建立良好飲食習慣,一定對健康有幫助。

Fancy some pink himalayan salt? 😍🤔 It has been said that the fancy looking salt is healthier than regular salt due to its mineral content😶 There is NO scientific evidence for that, thus you need a huge amount of it to meet your mineral requirements 🙄
They also look too fancy that makes you want to add more salt to your food💁
