❓Stuck at a desk all day❓
Take a break every half hour or so to move your body, trust me when I say this really helps to prevent you feeling tight and sore by the end of the day. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The human body is made to move, being stuck in the same position for long periods of time causes the body to adapt to that position, if you don’t use it you lose it.
Get up, stretch, move, do some yoga at your desk. Who cares if you look silly 🤷♂️. I’d take silly over stiff and sore any day of the week ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
