A bit embarrassed to post these photos (and admit it to myself) but oh well 💁🏻♀️
Over this past year I have made really poor food choices, and have used so many excuses as to why I couldn’t eat ‘healthily’ (laziness, tiredness, no time etc). I was still training at the gym 4-5 times a week, but I just generally felt like crap most of the time.
I decided to do the last 30 day challenge for 2018 at the gym for a major kick up the butt, and I’m glad I did. I’ve already seen improvements in such a short time frame, and I’m not just talking about the physical changes. I’m sleeping a lot better, I’ve got more energy during the day, my clothes fit me again, and I just generally feel better and happier in myself, which was the main goal. The weight loss is an added bonus 👌🏻
I’m getting back to the ‘old me’ which I’m excited about, and can’t wait until 2019 to smash it out even more 💪🏻 😊 A big big thank you to @susierahban for meal prepping most of my food, you’re an absolute legend 😘
And of course thanks to my coaches @revxpc for always pushing me to do better, kicking my ass in massive WOD’s, and encouraging me to keep going 😘 I couldn’t have done it without you all 💪🏻
