Today's workout was a good one. Went in focused, left stresses at the door, had good mind muscle connection, strength was good, lifts felt good.
It reminded me that the days when I leave thinking man that was a shitty workout- The weight felt heavy, I was failing, couldn't focus, etc., those are the days when you grow. Those are the days that give you the motivation to make your next workout/ day better. Those are he days that set winners apart from people who quit.
Everyday will not be a "good" day. Find the good in it anyways. Tell yourself you're going to make tomorrow better.
