Hump day finisher after my leg day workout!
Finish off your workout with this high energy leg finisher. Push to give it that last reserve of energy that you have left and just kill it. A finisher is only as good as the workout that preceded it so make sure your workout is on point and your finisher is on point.
I am not the greatest at finishers so this is still work in progress but a few guidelines that I use when planning my finishers make it fast paced without losing form ( not always fast paced ...depends on my form and how good I am at the exercise )
should be short. My finishers are always less than 10 min long . should raise my metabolic rate .
