How are you looking at your food? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The most common complaints I hear:
1. I have no energy, I’m always tired
2. I can’t seem to lose body fat
3. I can’t recover from my workouts, I’m always sore! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Well guess what, if this is you, you’re more than likely not eating enough quality food.
Our bodies are like finely-tuned biological machines which require clean and constant fuel. In our case, food in the form of protein, carbs, good fats, vitamins and minerals need to be readily available and ingested. If not, we slow down, perform poorly and eventually stop running. I know changing habits can be challenging, but if you’re ready there’s no better time than to start NOW. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Keep it simple, look at your food consumption habits or keep a food diary for a week to help you realize what you’re eating!
