This letter went out to the President Randall Stephenson . I have been a legitimate customer with your company for quite some time now. I’ve spent over probably $50,000 in devices, fees, taxes, bills etc. I’m emailing you because I’ve contacted your company to deal with an issue that I have with your phones particularly the refurbished phones. This email will not be long and I will get straight to the point. I don’t appreciate the fact that I’m spending $800-$1000 on a new phone and if something goes wrong with the phone with the insurance that I have to receive a refurbished phone or certified like new.
As a customer who’s been with your company for years I should be entitled to receive a new phone especially if it’s something that’s going on with your software and I’ve taking care of my phones. I feel that the consumer is being penalized for returning their phone’s only to receive a refurbished like new device that they paid a $1000 for. I simply asked that AT&T or Apple replaced my phone due to issues that it had been having, And was told that there’s nothing they can do but send me a refurbished phone or I can buy a new one. As an Investor in your company this is not good customer service And nor is it good Publicity for AT&T, Apple Products. Your company makes billions of dollars off of consumers like myself who want great technology but when the technology fails us we get the low-end of the totem pole like refurbished phones!! Is there a resolve for this issue or is this email going to be deleted and forgotten about. I’m just tired of spending my hard earned Diamonds on brand new phones only to receive coal at the end if something goes wrong. Unhappy Consumer 50,000 investor in apple products, bills, services
