The Dessert pit
Going straight to it —> @thedessertpit is a pretty simple place with Bamboo interior and also pretty neat.
I was welcomed by one staff, I felt sad that I didn’t get her name. She was meek, cute and did her best to explain the menu. She had her hair covered and that was a plus for me.
What I ordered:
Salted Caramel Crunch - #3000
Pancakes and ice cream - #2000
The way @thedessertpit is set up you can literary see the making of your meal, and I liked the way my meal was being handled.
I loved my pancake, it was fluffy, not too sweet and not too plain and warm. My shake on the other hand was a whole lot (a plus) but I couldn’t eat any of the cookies, they were too hard. —————————————
Recommendations- I believe @thedessertpit is understaffed because there was only one staff present and she was shuffling between my table and two other tables, I could tell she needed a partner. It would improve the service of the restaurant to get an additional staff. Also there should be a mobile transfer service going on because the pos wasn’t working and the bank across wasn’t dispensing, I spent about 20minutes trying to figure out how to get cash.
Rating - 7/10
Child friendly, ideal for meetings and meet ups.
- Parking space wasn’t convenient.
- 66, Adetokumbo Ademola Crescent opposite zenith bank.
Would I come again? Yes, I’m coming to try the Oreo monster shake.
