Full Body Circuit Style Workout πŸ‹πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ
You’ll hit all major muscle groups.
You’ll perform each exercise for 25 seconds (excluding the fifth exercise) and immediately go on to the next exercise. After completing all five exercises rest for 1-2 Minutes and go again. Do this for five sets. Make sure to stretch, work on mobility and warmup.
1. Arnold Press - 25 seconds
2. Goblet Squats - 25 seconds
3. Incline Bench Press - 25 seconds
4. Bent-Over DB Rolls - 25 seconds
5. Planks - 45 seconds

It’s a damn good feeling when you need to look no further than yourself as your biggest source of motivation and inspiration ✊🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼

There aren’t a lot of people I know on a personal level that can match my grit and grind, and absolute passion (some may even call it obsession πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ) in the #IronParadise
.
Rigorous physical activity has always been a part of my life since I was a child. From playing on sports teams, to competing and winning gold medals in Karate competitions; training and (for a short period of time) competing as an amateur boxer; to, of course - weight lifting.
.
However, it wasn’t until I went through the most challenging 3 years of my life during which I battled health issues that ended up with (as most of you know) having half of my lung surgically removed, that I truly stopped taking my physical health for granted and actually understood the value of the blessing that is having good health.
.
From that point on, my obsession to become the fittest and healthiest version of myself reached a new stratosphere. I started paying attention to (amongst several things) my diet, and holistically achieving peak physical conditioning.
.
Yet, as I’ve always said - I’m nowhere near what I hope to be, and probably never will. Why? Because my goal is to continue becoming a better version of myself than I was yesterday, and fuel myself today to do the same thing tomorrow. That, in itself, calls for a never ending cycle of improving and growing. Until of course I’m an old, wrinkly man - at which point...STEROIDS! LOL. #JustAJokeRelax
.
I’ll admit without any sort of pride - I see bigger, stronger, and faster people than me everyday. But that’s the point, isn’t it? To look around you with an open mind and learn lessons where you can to help yourself evolve - all the while making sure (and I damn sure do) that no one - absolutely no one works harder than you.
.
With that said, I want to emphasise - lifting weights and eating good food shouldn’t be anybody’s end-all-be-all. Strive to be the best version of yourself in all areas of life. Something I realize more and more and vow to do as I continue to get older. #OneLove

Had a gnarly arm workout today! Was supposed to be my rest day but when I woke up I was feeling good and ready to put in work! Used @fatgripz for the majority of my workout including part of my finisher today which these two clips are of. Well technically, it is more than 1,000 reps but who’s counting πŸ˜‰ This workout will not only tire your arms out, but your entire body as well. You will notice that you need to go lighter on most of the lifts because of the high reps and order of the exercises. Let me know if you try this!! I love hearing from you guys! 😍πŸ’ͺ🏼

1️⃣DB alternating rack run** (14 sets of 10 each arm)
2️⃣EZ bar preacher curls (4 sets of 20)
3️⃣Seated DB concentration curls (4x20 each arm)
4️⃣BB incline spider curls (4x20)
Triceps:
1️⃣Cable overhead extensions** (9 sets of 20)
2️⃣Tricep dips (4x20) (no video!)
3️⃣Plate bench dips (4 sets of 50 reps)
4️⃣Reverse grip tricep push-downs (4x20)

The triceps bench dip is one of the few exercises you can do almost anywhere, because you’ll only need a bench, chair or low table, so best if you know how to do them. Keep your back as close to the bench throughout the rep, and lower your body until your arms form a 45 degree angle. Expert tip: Instead of gripping the edge of the bench, place your palms on it, with fingers facing away from your body.
