A pretty photo of spaghetti bol’ is beyond my skill set. Trust me, iv tried. But the taste?
Iv used the ever so controversial plant based mince from Woolworths & it might even be better than the beyond meat patties! (sorry Leo) If you havn’t tried it, I highly recommend. It has 18g of protein per 100g (mince meat is around 20g/100g)
The cheese on top is my first time using @dairyfreedownunder_ and it was super creamy! Im yet to do the stringy cheez test but I still recommend it. Purchased from @thegreenedge in Windsor.
Ingredients in order of cooking: Garlic, white onion, cherry tomato, plant based mince, mixed herbs, smokey paprika, salt, pepper, cumin, crushed tomatos, grated zucchini, corn, peas, carrot, broccoli, spinach, dry pasta of choice, cheeze & nutritional yeast
