When it comes to fat loss, most people tend to overcomplicate things. .
Most people tend to do the same thing: waaaayy too much cardio, "light weights to tone up" and usually follow some fad diet or restrict their calories way too much. While these will produce some results at first, it's not sustainable and you will actually end up putting on more weight in the long run.

Lifting heavy has a ton of fat loss benefits, including: increased lean muscle mass, increased metabolic rate and raises growth hormone levels

People always underestimate the power of getting a good night's sleep. Sleeping is when our bodies recover and it keeps cortisol (fat storing hormone) at bay.

Nutrition is probably the most important thing when it comes to sustainable fat loss, and more often than not, the most overcomplicated. Keep it simple:

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ Eat as much as you can while staying in a caloric deficit
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ The majority of your calories should be from lean sources of protein, fiber and vegetables
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ The rest of your calories are made up of complex carbs and healthy fats
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ If you want to have a treat, go for it.. just make it fit into your macros
