Believe it or not, I was working out 4-5 days a week in my BEFORE picture for years. -
But no progress was made until I changed my diet.
I went from 3 solid meals a day, plus a post-workout protein shake to 4-5 solid solid meals per day, plus 2-3 protein shakes: Learned to count calories and cycle carbs.
