Do you struggle with finding time ⏰for yourself and keep making excuses that you don’t have time to workout?
I make time, cause my health ❤️depends on it, my exercise is what gives me my energy for the day, sure it sucks to get up at 4:30am but I feel so much better when I know I got my workout done and don’t have to worry about trying to fit it in later in the day.
The best advice is to not press snooze, just set your alarm and get up as soon as it goes off.
Once you do this for a few days it becomes a habit that your body will crave.
