Taking fitness anywhere with my @trxtraining suspension strap. This is a full body exercise that targets the shoulders/upper back. This movement puts the shoulders through a full range of motion in the sagittal plane. The top arm is going into shoulder flexion, while the bottom arm goes into shoulder extension.
The alternating motion does a great job of forcing the body to brace through the center of the core. Targeting both the anterior and posterior side of the abdominals.
Key Point: Keep glutes tight, don't allow lower back to arch in!
