“I’m just not made to work.”
I used to stand behind the pharmacy counter or sit in my cubicle and wish that I could just get paid to stay at home. I truly believed I just wasn’t made to work. I was so sick of working all the time in a job that I hated for $13 an hour. So I convinced my husband to that I needed to stay home. We didn’t even have kids yet, he still agreed to it. I’m very persuasive, what can I say? ♀️
Being at home, I wasn’t really happy there either. I was just lazy. I took naps like it was my job. I said “I’m just meant to be a mom, I’ll be happier with kids.” We had kids, that didn’t do the trick. I love them but, let’s be honest, raising kids is HARD and stressful! I came to the conclusion that I’d just be unhappy and passionless and bring everyone down with me. Because I had nothing to offer this world, right?
Wrong! Do me a favor friends, don’t settle. If you’re unhappy at your job, quit. If aren’t passionate about something, find something to be passionate about. If you don’t love where you’re at, MOVE. You are not a tree. •
Being a coach isn’t easy but, I found something I love and I’m willing to work hard for my dreams. You can do it too! Wanna join me sister? Drop me a and we’ll chat!
