I woke up this morning feeling great I hope the flu bug has left our house. The only one that didn't end up getting it was our oldest boy!
I am a little behind on my #gratefulformobility challenge group because if being sick so I am going to try and do two of the challenges today. .
This morning is was about our wrists. We held this stretch for two minutes!!
I am loving this challenge because I have learned to be thankful for my health and to not take it for granted like I used to. I am learning to take the time to take better care of myself. This challenge has helped me take time to recognize each part of the body and really how much we use them on a regular basis yet neglect to truly take time to appreciate and take care of them.
I have learned some great stretches that I am going to continue to use!!
