#TBT I've got Charc on my mind ♀️
Totally worth the almost 1.5 hour snowy, icy drive from our inn last weekend in the #catskillsny to find @wayside_cider in #AndesNY. Along with delicious cider and local NY wine and spirits they make a pretty epic house-made or foraged charcuterie and cheese board. Venison pâté, smoked ham, pork terrine and plenty of other goodies. Damn. Good. I almost cheered when it came out from the kitchen....
