Brisket! @brokenbarrelbar has just launched their brunch menu and I am so happy that @chefbryantanderson has brought along his Hangover Breakfast Sandwich, which he also featured at sister restaurant @rackhousebbq It’s got big chunks of hickory smoked brisket, arugula, crispy onions, a fried egg, and Merkt’s cheddar cheese. It’s pretty much the Midwest on a bun.
