Have to flashback to this Chocolate Mousse I made a few weeks back, as I'm away from home and missing my kitchen. This chocolate mousse is so rich and creamy thanks to the avocado (I promise you can't taste avo though!) yet it's dairy and refined sugar free. Vegan & Paleo friendly. Ticking a lot of boxes! Best of all is that it's so quick and easy to make... chuck everything in a powerful blender or food processor and blend blend blend until smooth! You can sweeten it more if you like or even add a bit of vanilla powder, cinnamon, cayenne pepper or sea salt if you want to make it even more exciting Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
Either 5 soft medjool dates OR 4 tbsp xylitol syrup, agave or pure maple syrup
A splash of almond milk
Other superfoods/spices/salt etc of your choice.
Et voila! Blend. Eat. Be happy.
It's so healthy, you could even eat it for breakfast! Whoop whoop!
