Cut up apples, oranges, and half a lime and soak for several hours in @corsairdistillery spiced rum and bourbon (or bourbon and brandy.) Mix spiced apple juice or fresh cider with pear juice (mull the juice if you can't find spiced). Add ginger and rhubarb syrup to juice mixture. Alternately use ginger beer and dash of grenadine.
2 dashes of rhubarb bitters.
Then, add rum / bourbon fruit and liquor to juice mixture, or vice versa. Chill without diluting.
Pour into glass with ice.
Add small pour of pomegranate soda to glass.
Top with dry champagne or Prosecco floater.
Result: pretty, layered punch that mixes spice and sweet. Slightly fizzy, but not heavy.
