Just because I had a busy morning as usual... Breakie time has passed, I quickly juggled up this yummy brunch and boy did it taste good ? Of course yea. Recipe requests was off da hook as I posted on my WhatsApp status 1)Fish: Native name (Panla)
Mode of preparation wash the fish , add a pinch of curry, pinch of salt, a whole chicken cube , and rub all over the fish. Heat the vegetable oil to be very hot, then add the fish. Don't turn it ,allow it to dry for a while ensuring its fried ,then turn to the other side. Max 7mins. It's done
2) egg sauce : beat two eggs ( add a bit of salt, curry, dry pepper and a dash of chicken seasoning, dice your carrot, cabbage, lettuce. Pour the egg into the fry pan, allow to fry for a while, then add the carrot and cabbage, fold in with the eggs, fry for 2mins because you need to have the veggies crunchy.
___ 3) Dressing: scoop a portion of the egg sauce onto the plate, add the fish by the side and sprinkle the lettuce leaves on top. Enjoy with a glass of cold water
