Made a yummy turkey chilli for supper using a tex mex spice, chilli powder, ground cumin, and threw in pinto and kidney beans! This was a super easy meal to make as I had a big study day, so I just let it simmer for the morning to get all the flavours absorbed and it was ready for dinner! The cheese and cilantro made for a perfect finishing touch, yum

Mushrooms- tons of
Blue cheese (or feta, or romano, or a bit of each)
Mix it up & mouth PARTY!
I never knew this was so important to me until I was running out of time to do it everyday. It seemed like no matter how hard I tried I would always be rushing and never had enough time for anything other than my job.♀️ The issue with people like me is that when we jump into something we do it head first. We give at all times and we never want to let anyone down. We also go so hard that we never leave any time for our passions or desires.
It’s a rough way to live especially if you’re doing at a level 10 for 10+ years or more. Burnout, depression and anxiety and run amuck if you don’t find time to practice your creative outlets. Trust me I know! I work everyday and probably even harder since the work I do is directly correlated to my paycheck. But now, I decide when that is and I always make sure there’s time for cooking a home cooked meal.
