Growing up, my father often said, "Son, sit down and keep your ears open and your mouth shut." Today, we can use my father's advise to not only gain knowledge from those around us but also allow for more open channels of communication with the people we interact with. Squats from this past Saturday. 190kg/418lb x3 and 195.5/430 x2.
The 190 set felt easier than I was expecting and so I decided to go for a 1 kilo PR triple. Got caught a little out of position on my second rep, unfortunately, and just didn't have the energy for the third. Feeling confident I'll hit it the next time though.
