Haven't done a pic with this pose in like a day, so here's one. Last week and this week I did an experiment with my sleep, I wanted to see how I functioned on less and at what level of energy and brain function I'd have with that amount. Basically, how hard can I run on limited rest to know my limits. More time in the day to get things done. .
My average before was about 5.5-6hr a night, currently am staying awake so I get about 4/4.5-5hrs. I'm up at 4:15a 6 days a week, so my go to bed time varies. .
Results: first few days sucked, but keeping my food intake up helped. By day 3-4 I felt "normal". Last Sunday I did sleep in and get about 6.5-7hr of sleep. .
Conclusion: I'll sleep when I'm dead. Let's see how long I can keep this up. Is it for optimal human performance? Obviously not, but I get more done now and feel more rested after a mini nap than before. Not sure who has time for 8-9 hours of sleep a day, sure ain't me. Ok bye. .
