Mostly shoulder so triceps was cut back to 3 routines. Feeling great....ready for them Thanksgiving feels. Have a safe holiday and don't feel so guilty about what you eat. Just tell yourself it's fluff season.
BB Strict press (sets of 5) then whatever
Push Press whatever then (sets of 8)
Seated hammer press
Base Shrugs (Narrow grip)
Seated DB press
Seated DB front raise (neutral grip)
BB upright row
Short bar lateral raise
BB shrugs (wide grip)
Close grip bench press (sets of 5)
Close grip bench press (235 3x3)
Tricep extensions (BW)
ALL WITH 25LBS
ALT KNEES WITH PLATE HOLDS
CRUNCHES WITH WEIGHT RESTED ON KNEES (slapping your partner is optional)
FULL SIT UPS OVERHEAD HOLDS
Und wieder ein kleines Workout vor der Arbeit absolviert. Heute war kein #hiit an der Reihe, sondern rein 15 Min Körperspannung in verschiedenen Positionen:
• Dips hold
• Long Plank hold
• Squat hold
• High Pushup hold
Ich versuche jetzt jeden Morgen wieder 15 Min einfach einzuplanen, da dieses immens hilft fit in den Tag zu starten

My Throwback Thursday contribution... As I am at the end of my @kgfit_gym 12 Week Body Transformation Challenge - at the brink to step on stage (I know right ) I couldn't be more happier with my journey and results... I am in the best condition up to date and definetely the healthiest I have ever been... I did the challenge with my girls...to prove that your will power have to be stronger than any of your excuses - that if you stick to the plan and trust the process the results will speak for itself... We are all wife's...mommy's...full time employers - it's do able - just do it...!!! My goal was to fit into my amazing purple bikini from @magicbikinis (as Purple is the international colour for Lupus, a auto immune disease I have) I still used my chemotherapy medication...and rested when my body needed it...and managed to push through with amazing results... I think I managed to reach my goal #proudofmyself by God's grace
What's next - to get onto stage and just enjoy myself... whether or not I place...it doesn't matter, I've already accomplished what I set out to do... ...and to have a bikini body for my Mauritius holiday
2ct pause bench is hard in 30 degree weather...
These were not fun whatsoever haha. Actually failed my 3rd set due to a cramp. Training in warm weather is so different. Have to expect this kind of weather in about 4 weeks time though ♂️
How you start can be very important. What you do during is also key. But, how you finish is when you can truly show just how bad you really want it something. . Remember, there is ALWAYS a beginning, a middle and an end. It's solely up to you how you want your own story to unfold. .
RULES ARE MEANT TO BE BROKEN
3 Weeks post surgery and I didn’t think I’d be recovering this quickly Not gonna lie, first 2 weeks I couldn’t even move let alone walk, I hated getting out of bed because everytime I put weight on my knee, the pain would be excruciating
But this week the pain hasn’t been to bad, I haven’t needed to rely on crutches, I haven’t needed to use my braces and haven’t been taking as many painkillers #progress
As you can tell by the end of the video I’m so incredibly f#####g stoked about how far I’ve come and how far I’m going and couldn’t of done it without my incredible friends, family and beautiful girlfriend Hayley who constantly support me everyday to become better you guys are the real MVPs
No doubt the next couple days and weeks you’ll be seeing more progress videos and I hope I can inspire anyone who is injured that if I can do it, so can you!! We got this
