At the end of the day, my job is to meet more people. If you boil down all of the hats that I wear, from listing properties and helping buyers get pre-approved, to assisting sellers on staging and negotiating offers... showing homes, meeting inspectors, consultations, and more... if I didn’t meet anyone wanting to buy or sell a home, I wouldn’t be able to do my job and I’d be back in a restaurant!
So outside of working with friends and family, and having the desire to be a 100% referral based business, I still need to put myself out there... which believe it or not isn’t that easy for me.
Since change begins outside your comfort zone... Over the next several weeks, I’m mailing 500 of my closest neighbors in Edgewood an introduction to say hello, a few postcards to provide helpful information about the market and me, and hopefully begin to claim my place as the expert in the area... so I can meet more people, and help more families... to provide for mine.
So if you know someone with real estate plans this year... I’m here to help, and would love to meet them! 🤝 #atlantarealtor
