Oh frick yeah. This was amazing. I made Chicken Spinach Alfredo pizza from @drizzlemeskinny and my typical bbq chicken pizza using flatbreads. The Alfredo was 5fsp for 1/2 and the bbq was 3 fsp for 1/2.

Those goals can be something as simple as not drinking any sodas, eating 5-6 small meals a day, walking 3-4 times this week. Or something a little bigger like running a 5k, losing 5 lbs., tracking your meals everyday.
What do YOU want to accomplish this week?
This week, my biggest goal is to up my water intake and step away from the sugary drinks that Iโ€™ve, unfortunately, been craving lately. As I near closer to the end of my pregnancy, I know those extra fluids are really important to help my little one keep developing, so I have to keep thinking water water water! Itโ€™s not only good for him, but good for me too of course ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป I also have many non-health and exercise related goals which are just as great! Things I want to complete at work, things I want to complete at home...and then on Saturday, I want to allow myself a day to relax and enjoy some time with my hubby.

This is a black eyelet dress from Banana Republic that I bought back in 2014. I loved it so much that I bought 2 of them, in 2 different sizes. At the time, neither dress fit me and the reason I bought that same dress in a smaller size was so that as I continued to loose weight, the smaller one would fit me. Back then, I was in โ€œweight loss modeโ€ and had even hired a personal trainer. To make a long story short, I never lost enough weight to fit into the larger of the 2 dresses, I regained the weight I had lost plus gained an additional 36 pounds. (The one Iโ€™m wearing in this pic is the larger of the 2 dresses. As I loose more weight, Iโ€™ll fit into the smaller one)

The difference between back then and now is that back then, I was doing โ€œtemporaryโ€ things in order to lose weight and had never even thought of creating sustainable lifestyle changes that would enable me to loose my excess weight so that afterwards I would permanently maintain it off.
.
Currently, my lifestyle daily habits have changed so much that I would never regain any of the weight that Iโ€™ve lost since Iโ€™ve finally found what works for me, itโ€™s sustainable (to me) & Iโ€™m happy with the changes.
.
I had tried on that black dress on the first week of doing Whole30 (3 weeks ago) and it would only zip up half of the way. Today I tired it on again and it EASILY zipped up the whole way.

Day 3 of my sugar cleanse:.
โ€ข Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, a vegan sausage patty, one string cheese and 5 strawberries
โ€ข Snack: grapes (possibly about 20)
โ€ข Dinner: grilled chicken breast, cut up into small pieces and made into a salad. In the salad I have lettuce, parnesan cheese, cheddar cheese, chives, raisins, kidney beans, beets (thus the red all over ๐Ÿ˜‚), cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and a bit of ranch (which I realized AFTER lunch probably has sugar, but... It's too late).
I had a hard time yesterday. The moment I got home I craved ramen like nothing else, and chips. Then, I started to have a terrible headache that's going through today. Iโ€™ve hit 200 sessions with @powerbuilding.specialist ! Hereโ€™s some videos comparing how well Iโ€™ve been doing now compared to when I first started lifting haha. The difference in it all is crazy for me to see ๐Ÿ™ˆ who knew Iโ€™d go from barely being able to walk a block to lifting? Powerlifting has saved my back, and reduced the overall pain Iโ€™ve lived with for the last few years. Canโ€™t wait to see how Iโ€™m doing by next year!

One of my favorite ways is to food journal. I'm a food journal junkie and have been food journaling for over 5 years and it has really helped to keep me on track with my goals. ๐Ÿ“’

- my high, med and low carb days in grams
- my macros
- my workout plan
- my progression with my workouts
- cardio

This has been such a huge part of my life and success when it comes to fat loss, gaining lean muscle and strength. ๐Ÿ’ช

I definitely know I wouldn't get the same results if I was just to wing it. I love being able to look back and see how my eating habits have changed, how my workouts have changed. What worked and what didn't work. ๐Ÿ™†

I write down down everything...even if I ate a shit load of chocolate chip ๐Ÿชcookies with peanut butter. And I mean a shit load...It's in there trust me! .

I'm a very visual person so seeing what I've eaten along with my workout plan makes it more real to me. Whether I have had an awesome day or not so awesome day...it keeps me accountable. ๐Ÿ™‹
