Good morning and happy Monday everyone! Monday’s don’t have to be terrible. Think of them as a new opportunity to start your week off fresh and accomplish something!
What are your goals this week?
Those goals can be something as simple as not drinking any sodas, eating 5-6 small meals a day, walking 3-4 times this week. Or something a little bigger like running a 5k, losing 5 lbs., tracking your meals everyday.
What do YOU want to accomplish this week?
This week, my biggest goal is to up my water intake and step away from the sugary drinks that I’ve, unfortunately, been craving lately. As I near closer to the end of my pregnancy, I know those extra fluids are really important to help my little one keep developing, so I have to keep thinking water water water! It’s not only good for him, but good for me too of course I also have many non-health and exercise related goals which are just as great! Things I want to complete at work, things I want to complete at home...and then on Saturday, I want to allow myself a day to relax and enjoy some time with my hubby.
