Then, year ago today, Levi was born and #DadLife began. It wasn’t until recently I had decided I had enough of feeling lethargic and unhealthy, so I did what I knew, which was get back to my healthy lifestyle and discontinued supplementing my healthy meals with garbage.
No more excuses No more self-destructive decisions No more “I’ll start again tomorrow’s”
The truth is, we’re all human and humans are imperfect beings
